Michael made this sign so that he could remember to turn the TV off but I think it has a deeper meaning. What if we just turned the TV off for a little while? Maybe we would be more stimulated by something we read or even some art. Think about it.

So we are getting ready for a big show with lots of amazing art hanging around my house. The house is filled with art! I took some inventory of my own art in order to decide what I wanted to put in this show. I chose some good pieces but I never know what might sell and what won’t. In taking an inventory I realized, once again, how much art I have to sell. Will I ever be able to sell it all? Should I stop making art? I can’t do that so I created some collages in my journal. When this one is done I want to make another one…..just to see what works and what doesn’t.

I downloaded yet more free shit. When I was working as a graphic artist I used to find free fonts, images and Photoshop tutorials that would keep me busy for hours. Fonts can be found at 1001 Free Fonts. Some images are mine and some are from Vintage Printables.
